What if my new purchase doesn't make me feel totally fabulous?

No problem! We know it's a little risky buying something online and hoping that it will fit like a glove, If you receive your Glam Empire piece and don't fall in love, you can return it, following this process; 1. Within seven days of receiving your item, email info@glamempire.com.au to let us know you'd like to return it. We may ask a few questions, but that is just so we can improve on our future designs and fit. If you just don't like it, hey, we get that! 2. Post your unworn, unwashed garment back to us in original condition with all tags attached. To be eligible for a reimbursement on the return postage, you must include a copy of the tax invoice from the post office in your parcel, or email it to the above email address. 3. Once we receive your return, it will be assessed and upon approval, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

What if my parcel gets lost on its way to me?

We will do all that we can to assist in tracing the parcel through Australia Post and Pack & Track International. If the item cannot be recovered, we may not be able to re-supply it if you have chosen a limited edition item (many of our styles are one of each size in each colour). If that is the case, you will be refunded for the original transaction value.

How do I know my Glam Empire size?

We have a comprehensive size guide and cater for size 6 to 14 (Australian sizes). Of course, we want to ensure you get the perfect fit on the first go, so if you're not sure which size to choose, email us at info@glamempire.com.au and we will offer the best advice that we can.
